Discover the history of Folkestone! From humble beginnings as a coastal community, to its heyday as a fashionable seaside resort, journey through the history of this seaside town. Located in the newly-restored Town Hall, Folkestone Museum explores Folkestone's past through fashion, the frontline, maritime, nature and ancient history.

Temporary exhibitions are hosted in a dedicated space located on the lower ground floor throughout the year, as well as special activity days and workshops for all ages.
